Green Sprout Studio was invited to create the floral arrangements for grand opening of Brasserie Cognac, the newest French restaurant by the iconic Serafina group on Fifth Avenue, we chose pink cherry blossoms as the main floral element.

Beyond being beautifully in season, the delicate movement and organic shape of the branches created a romantic and elevated atmosphere throughout the space. The soft pink tones brought a striking contrast against the restaurant’s deep red and dark green palette, adding freshness, softness, and a touch of spring elegance to the interiors.
